  It's a good place to live in, but not for the rest of your lives. Of course it is near to the train stasion, but that is also the downside. If you're a light sleeper, you'll get woken up so often because of the passing train, especially at night. The sound isolation is not so good, I could hear someone is showering from the hall. And if there are university students running in the hallway (are they seriously a university students????), the echo would resound throughout the hall and in to the room. And it happened at 3AM. The management office is open from Monday-Friday from 9 till 16. At Saturdays it'll open for 9 to 12. It is closed for Sunday and any other holidays. So if your AC is down for some reason, you can't get it fixed until you go to the management office for some sort of maintenance letter of some sort.

  Medium size of Apartment and just have one basement for parking car.
