::A good place near the beach. Some good shops: Indomaret, restaurants, etc that can support your beach needs

::No bathroom facility, expensive rental children toys like battery motor cycle, etc. At weekend 'cave'/saung rental will be 2 times longer and paid more. Food at morning before 8am is at Indomaret inside mall, Oey Kopitiam.

::Came here on weekdays (Thursday) for Alive Museum on 3rd floor... Very very quiet, nothing much to see here except the museum... There are some restaurants and minimarket, and some shops, but not so much... You can enjoy the beach from here too. Most of the tenants are closed, maybe because it is not profitable here...

::There are restaurants at beach side, convenient place to relax (outdoor). This mall is quiet, having less tenant inside. Not a shopping mall kind. Most of tenant were Food and Beverage. There is small museum at 3rd floor. Direct access to beach is an advantage, where there are indoor parking lot.
