  The sales officers ARE not helping. Bought a set of bed during an exhibition few weeks ago, paid full amount and the delivery officers got a problem in carrying the bed into bedroom. We received the springbed only and others were brought back by the delivery officers. Called the sales officer in the exhibition (Ningsih) million times, but apparently we were given fake phone numbers. We then called the AGM pekayon because the purchasing order gave their pekayon office phone number, yet the sales officer there (Aji) was not friendly not helpful. Came to AGM pekayon to clarify the matters and expect solution, yet the officers there weren’t helping. Problem isnt resolved until now. High quality product, yet low quality of human resources hired.
