  Overall Crew Rosalia Indah are nice, organized, and always keep attention. They never forget to distribute a bottle water of Ultra to every single passenger wherever they get in, it makes Rosalia Indah better than other. RI Bekasi Timur, the waiting room looks dirty however it is much better than any other bus agency around. Sometimes we're waiting bus in a long time and we need many time to get the toilet, it would be wonderful if they get free of charge for the toilet like Gilingan agency in Solo, I never problem waiting my bus come late if I can get toilet any time.

  Nice bus stop Rosalia Indah, but please do not collect small ammount from passenger when they using toilet, more better it's include in ticket payment.

  Buying tickets on the spot in the high demand seasion (like long weekend) is NOT recommended. You better buy it weeks/months before.
