  When you come to the public service especially finance company, you are deservedly to get best services. Since I came here on day which it on lunch hour, found that all the staff wasn't in duty as the security person said they are in lunch time. So all the customers should wait until they've finish their lunch, but next to 1:30 they are beginning their duty. You'll found that there are a huge cashier table available with one staff and two customers service but only one who in duty, while the other one is keeping busy with their phone on hand. Compared with other services place which I visited, they are taking slow to serve the customers and sometimes acting like doesn't care. Kindly improve the service to who in charge in this venue.

  No queue, great staff, nice waiting room, very helpful in offering solutions. A real 5 star company from top to bottom. They have their own pick up service for damaged vehicles and they manage their own garages
