  Helpful staff. They have a wide variety of instruments and accessories. They have everything I need for my saxophone - at least more than any other music store I've been to in Indonesia so far.

  Price for accessories is quite expensive compared to other woodwind/brass store , no discount for below 500k purchase. i give 1 star for the fact that they carry vandoren reed which is very good, but still can be improved if they include all size and all type (java green is not sold here, and one time i was looking for size 2 1/2 they dont have it). If you buy guitar pickups, they will not install it for you, or will do for a ridiculous price. although they carry some reputable brand (seymour duncan). Customers cannot try any wind/brass instrument/mouthpiece. This is the biggest letdown, since how do you expect people will buy if your price is high and we are not allowed to try? Plenty of other stores has been letting people trying their woodwind/brass stuff and making sales. Please don't say its hygiene issue, you can always CLEAN it and mouthpiece patch can be applied to the mouthpiece so it doesnt leave any dent. Its not that big of a deal, really.
