::The only 'lifestyle' watch service center. Unfortunately, the service is very bad. The process of waiting for registration took 2 hours, while for collection took 1 hour 30 minutes. The customer service who's serving was not quick and tends to waste time (there were 2 times I saw the customer service chatting with the technician when taking the customer's finished watch). Services between customers took 15 minutes on registration and 10 minutes during the collection. Advice, do not ever come to this place on weekends. If you must, come when the mall opens at 10 o'clock. When the customer service says that your watch will be finished within 1 hour, come again 30 minutes later and immediately take the queue number for the collection.

::You better have guarantee card for your watch because the cost could be extremely high (but you bought the watch with the same expensive price right). Come here early cause the waiting can to 30 minutes even more. There are only 2 staffs (or worse only one), one for service and one for collection. Simple service can done on same day, but complicated one can takes 6-9 weeks. They let you know by sms when the service done.

::I went here because my fossil crystal glass is broken. they said they would require max 62 days for reparation because the crystal was out of stock. After more than 62 days, I came to collect my watch with an expectation that it was finished already. However I was forced to wait for another couple of hours for my watch to come. The staff said that there was a bump or whatever so they needed to re-do my watch. I find this hard to believe since this kind of job requires high thoroughness during execution. Any micro defects would be discovered when checking the watch, let alone obvious ones like bumps. I just wasted my time waiting and standing around. If you bought your watch from authorized stores in Jakarta, the store might tell you to go to Watch Care Center or wait 62 days. But based on my experience I already did the latter anyways with another extra of two hours. So why need to get upset while doing so?
