  Not helpful and very irresponsible!! My mother installed most of her iphone's apps from this store (she didnt understand how, so she asked this store to, she'd been doing this for her past iphones too). Recently, she needed to update her whatsapp due to its being outdated. However, the apple id assigned to her whatsapp was not hers, but the stores' apple id!!! So we couldn't update the apps, and the chat data inside were at risk of being irrecoverable!! Thus we went to the original store, but the store guys said their apple id had been changed, and a lot of people had been having the same issue. I mean, if a lot of people have the same issues, then why aren't they doing anything about it???? So I asked how were they going to be responsible? They said "nothing can be done, a lot of people suffered the same thing, even me". No compesation, no responsibility, nothing. Not recommended at all. This place needs to reevaluate their way of work/ staffs!!
