::Slow response, long queue and unfriendly staff. It was my first visit, and it was on Sunday late afternoon. Not many people but i had to wait for 30minutes before getting my turn to select my graduation photos. There were many staff free actually. Too bad the a great reputation doesn't come with good standard of service. Please improve.
