  If I turn back time, I won't buy house here. It's very hard to reach the estate management (CRM) and they responses are VERY slow. The ipl is overprice in my opinion. The house quality is doubtful looking at the wall crack after only months. When they handed over the house, there are rust on door handle, screw, anywhere you can see. Did they use second handed?

  Great place to live for future and build a Harmony Family. There's already started Alfamart and fast growing lavon city as suvarna sutera neighbour. Great city with complete facilities on future with 3 toll access, mrt, school .. hope next would be build internasional scale of hospital and universities

  It's located near toll. And has good concept on its master plan. I think a school will be there coming soon, since I saw the construction activity in the area for school building.
