    Taste is so so, not special, food quality is poor, only the price is quite cheap for sushi restaurant.

    Poorly trained waitress and irresponsible management. A waitress spilled cold ocha to my girlfriend's back while refilling her ocha. The waitress claimed that another customer bumped her and said it was an accident. She had apologized but that's it. She didn't offer compensation and didn't feel guilty about it. The manager also didn't come to us to apologize for the incident. Not wanting to make a scene, we decided to ask for the bill and leave the restaurant. Even when we walk pass the waitress when we left, she still didn't apologize. Disappointed by the service, we decided to call the manager complaining about the incident and asking for responsibility. The manager told that she (the waitress) felt sorry and offer to lend my girlfriend her jacket. My girlfriend was soaked all over her back with cold ocha and wearing jacket would only worsen it. In their defense, the waitress was a trainee and inexperienced. The management insisted for us to take the waitress' jacket but didn't provide us with compensation from behalf of the restaurant, as if they won't take the blame and making it a personal issue between the waitress and us. Due to the inability of the restaurant to compensate for the incident, we told them that we were going to post about the incident as a review of our visit and the manager complied. The things that I'd like to point out are: (1) the waitress didn't feel guilty and just stood still without offering compensation or be responsible about the incident; (2) the manager won't take responsible of their staff's fault and said that it was caused by lack of training; (3) whether the staff was a trainee or a senior, they have to take responsible if they caused an accident; and (4) saying that lack of training is what caused the incident would only reflect to other staff and in return proved that the restaurant's training was bad. Nonexistence of risk management and problem solving skill by the management has proven that the restaurant was an amateur in handling problems. Overall. We were disappointed by the service. Note: The restaurant has given their consent to be reviewed and criticized by us. Disclaimer: 1. Inability to comprehend this review as a critic and perceiving it as bad publicity, hate speech, etc is entirely on the reader's perceptions. We're just sharing the experience as we visitted the restaurant. 2. This is a critic focusing only about the service, not the food.

    A decent sushi place with great value-for-money. Will definitely come back (if not crowded). If it’s crowded, though, I personally don’t think it’s that special to justify a 20-30 minutes queue to eat here. They sell all their sushi for a similar price of 15k. This place mostly consists of sushi bar, where you have the sushi conveyor revolve in front of you. Very suitable for a quick meal with yourself or your SO, and not quite for relaxed family dinner. And since I came on a weekday for dinner, it wasn’t crowded at all, unlike its GI outlet. Service is quick, and waiters are friendly too. The sushi, I would say, is very decent given its 15k price tag. Of course sushi’s not really premium, but that is not the market they’re in. Some taste wonderful – particularly the one with crab stick on it, while the others were average. The meat, especially fish and salmon, tastes fresh, yet some dishes feel a bit cold. But still, I would gladly prefer this place over that you-know-what ubiquitous sushi restaurant in most Jakarta malls.

    Good place to eat sushi with affordable price! They served tons of choice such as sushi, sashimi, maki, roll, agemono, teriyaki, desert, and many more! I recommended this place.

    Tersedia aneka sushi dengan harga sama 15 ribu Rupiah per piring, dengan termasuk ocha panas atau dingin refill. Kualitas sushi tidak istimewa. Harga belum termasuk Pajak.
