  5 star rating for friendly service advisor, and a big bummer for the rest of the place. 3.5 star for lobby cleanliness, 1.5 star for toilet cleanliness (no tissue whatsoever). Promised food, but got only cheap coffee and tea, rather an expensive fee for service. Nicely located place tho, and also free wifi, which work indefinitely.

  This place is known formerly as nusantara mazda bsd, but after management change it's now just mazda bsd pahlawan seribu. Even though the management has changed, they have the same friendly & helpfull staffs. They offer test drive for new car, discount for labor fee if you book for service in advance. If you decide to wait for your car while being serviced, the waiting room offers free food and drinks such cup noodle, tea, coffee, and snacks. also they provide massage chair and big screen tv to relax.

  One of the authorised Mazda Service and Dealer in the area owned by Nusantara Group. The waiting room is cozy and it has complementary snacks and drinks (both hot and cold) for customer waiting for their car. Both customer service team and technician are good and friendly. Service quality are good.

  Waiting room is cozy, free wifi, free snack. Can't complain about the services
