  The facilities inside the hospital is all there. But unfortunately, the staffs are unprofessional

  If you are using BPJS, waiting is NORMAL. I usually spent 4 HOURS here. There is a tons of people so you have to wait.

  One of the worst hospitals I ever visited, major reason is lack of some personnel's attitude. E.g. A nurse once said to me, "Ambilin botol infus yang itu deh", I emphasize 'deh', and not even say 'Tolong'. Good Lord, where did she learn the manner?! *inhale deep breath* The only nice things were the politeness of few general staffs & quite complete medical facilities. I wish my family would never come to this hospital anymore. Even C class private hospital I usually visit has better human resources with good attitude. P.S. We were here since my mother in law was transferred from prior hospital. It's not our first option. And will never be.

  After 2 hospital said they cannot handle..one young kind-hearted doctor in this hospital is very helpful and took any immediate action to do surgery for one of our worker who got an accident. Thank you very much

  One of the worst, if not, the worst hospital experience ever. The service is so slow while there's tons of people that come. Of course I'm not saying the nurses are all bad, some of them are very friendly but because there are so much people it is understandable that they become frustrated as a human being. However, I still don't think they should act somewhat ignorant like; "oh, you can only take the queue number at this hour and our service will only open at this hour". I mean, seriously? If a person is urgently sick, it doesn't wait for anybody until it get worse. I would not recommend this hospital if you need to visit a doctor urgently.
