  we arrived at 9.30 am in the hospital and the doctor not coming yet. we must waiting and all process finish around 3.30 pm ( from check up until take the medicine) very wasting time !!

  Difficult to meet the responsible doctors for consultation even the patient is in the ICU. Questionable patient handling in ICU.

  Great hospital with great doctor. The building is kinda small, as well as the parking building. They offer cheap valet parking service though. The room is a little bit small. But they are clean. The staffs are quick. They have small cafetaria, but outside the hospital also there are a lot of street stall vendor and resto across the streer (kfc and jx)

  This is where i born and when i visit it for the first time it felt like hotel and nowhere near like hospital, the comfy vibes in this "hospital" are huge so you cant make differences between hotel and hospital

  Horrible hospital i have never seen before like this! I have called center many times from morning till now but nobody get answer. I received SMS from Agent Call Center, She is Ibu Septi. She ask me any question by SMS. I was angered how come by SMS but not by voice. Then i tried another way using Whatsapp Voice Call they have published in their site and i got the same matter which is nobody pick up. Conclusions, lousy and suspicious service!
