  Great place to stay, very close to the city center but resides in a peaceful location.

  Awfully awful place. I had to wait for 1 hour at the reception to have my room ready although I arrived after check in time. They gave me a room at another hotel which was no star, not at Reddoorz as I booked which was 4 stars, and the room smelled like my grandma's socks. Second day I had to call housekeeping to catch the lizard on my wall. Only 1 or 2 receptionist at the reception who are not able to serve every guest or call on time, plus they might be rude. And finally, there is no housekeeping unless you leave the key to the reception and ask for it, and yet don't expect them to top up the toiletry at the bath.
