  Kucingku udah keliatannya udah sakit parah bgt sampe gabisa jalan lidahnya pun menjulur. Dateng kesini jam set1 malem jam 2 lewat pagi baru di tanganin. Sampe aku bilang mas mas yg jaga harus nunggu berapa lama lagi dia gabisa jawab. Bisa keburu mati dong kucing ku. Akhirnya giliran kucingku dan Dokter bilang ada syaraf yg putus dan harus dirawat inap tapi aku ga yakin karna dari awal aku ngerasa pelayanannya buruk dan kucingnya cuma di cek cek biasa dan aku liat disana terlalu banyak hewan yg ada nanti tambah banyak virus. Terus aku minta di suntik aja kucingku biar dia bisa bertahan sampe pagi. Paginya aku bawa ke citra pet deket rumah kucingku di ambil darah dan di observ ternyata gak ada tuh syaraf putus dan gak ada virus cuma keracunan makanan. Dokter disini asal ucap aja ga ngerti lagi. Gak akan bawa ke rsh jakarta ini lagi!!! Pelayanannya burukkk!!!

  April tgl 28 th my cat has Vacsin injection by doctor there. After two weeks later , there is infection sewallen place injection. I ask another doctor , injection place why become swollen ? The doctor said the it might Tumor. Need operation if possible , but can not promises it will be cure. ( it was on Friday night ) I was so sad. Asking might other ill ?? And other hope ?! So sad. He answear it is Tumor. Ther ask me on monday morning at 8 , if you like can do operation !!! They did not blood test or other test did not at all !!! The doctor asking or just look one monther more not doing anything. That ther are sure Tumor which effect by vacunasi Result was , I wanted second opinion by most famous doctor clinic Hewan at Sunter It was Doc CUCU KARTINI. Clinic doctor grup They check detail and Blood test , and treat injection for swollen. Mentioned they seemed not Tumor It is impossible become Tumor only two weeks injection vacnasi , seemed only imflamation. Anyway look one or two weeks if swollen place hilling small after this injection , it will be sure inflammation becouse Seemed Rumah Sakit jakarta doctor inject needle was not right place. And Cucu Kartini. Doctor mentioning always incourge me. mentioning do not pesmistic for your cat. Very young only 1 years old cheer up they kept saying. Become I am believing this doctor. It was Very different from doctor Rumah Sakit jalarta , This two months I already visitin 4 doctor almost 8 times. Totally I was not satisfied. Totally lees attention for animal without telling us tell number for us. Just mentioning visit next week. But Cucu Kartini doctor gave me Mobil number and anytime I can contact. After 2 days injection by Doctor Cucu Kartini , swollen completely hilling. And soon doctor send me bold test result. It was only imflamation. Not Tumor And sending message from doctor They are do happy with result. They mentioned. I very disappointment doctors at Rumah Sakit Hewan Jakarta. Not thinking heartfully for animal. I never visit Rumah Sakit jakarta any more !!! Almost kill my cat. !!!

  I went there to sterilize my shitzhu a few week ago, my dog is healthy and alive now, the doctor was nice but i think it’s too expensive and the administration is NOT NICE AT ALL! Really bad comunication with the doctor and the administration so please fix it!

  Opens 24/7 so it's pretty convenient I guess, but the price gets higher after 6pm and during weekends - which I think doesn't make sense at all! Took my dog here for minor ear infection. She recovered for a short period, but the infection came back again and again. We had to go back for a few times until they gave us the right medicine. I feel like they were trying to drain my money.
