  Located in the heart of South Jakarta with integrated with lotte mart mall, easy to find and give more choices place to set up a meeting. The room is nicely decorated and comfortable with the amenities and luxury. And the service is very convenient for you and your family.

  We went there on a Christmas brunch. I don't know the reason (maybe I had high expectations from Raffles) but I didn't like the food there. There were variety of things on the menu which looked good but tasted so so.. desserts were good and that's the only reason I could bear the amount we paid for the brunch. Roasted turkey was awfully hard to eat. The staff was polite and helpful.

  It has 5 stars just as it is. You couldn't ask for more. They have great service and room. The ambience will make you feel comfortable. One of the best hotels in Jakarta. South Jakarta. Dian Ballroom is famous for occassional events.

  The artistic 5 stars hotel. Very complete package. They have gym area that open 24 hours. Kids Club is very good with the books and inside toilet for kids. The swimming pool was amazing, with lot of variety lazy chairs. They also have outdoor playground for kids. If you need more entertainment you can easily entering the mall just next door. Very recommended fir staying both business and leisure. Keep the good work

  The raffles Jakarta hotel is my favorite hotel in Jakarta. Facilities and services are great enough. Breakfast is also good for my family. We do not prefer too many choices when we have breakfast. Just simple options here but well enough! Raffles spa also BAGUS! two thumbs up!
