  The best place to do yoga, with details and alignment, following the Iyengar tradition. The owner, whom also happened to be the only teacher there, Erikar Lebang, with his great anatomical and physiological knowledge on the human body definitely know and have what it takes to be called a qualified yoga teacher. He has indeed a straightforward choice of words and harsh voice while teaching, but if you could just follow each command he said, eventually the one who will get the benefit of yoga is yourself. You'll be blown up on what you are capable of doing. Be ready to say goodbye to your regular backpain 😉 Limited parking lots available. Yoga mat, belt, blocks, bolster, blankets, chairs, weight pillows, and everything that ever needed are available, so not to worry to bring anything with you, unless it is for hygiene purpose. Restroom and shower are available, but towel is not provided. There are dogs in the house, but not to worry, as they are not allowed to enter the studio area.
