::Pelayanan Sangat Memuaskan, mas nya baik, ramah.. pengerjaan cepat.. mantap.. recommended banget.. Macbook air 11 inch, rusak ketumpahan air, bawa ke ibox disuruh ganti batre dan logicboard seharga 10jt.. ga jadi di service.. akhirnya bawa ke Opians.. akhirnya normal lagi dengan biaya yg jauh lebih murah.. hanya ganti batre dan ganti ic power serta komponen lainnya.. ga perlu ganti logicboard.. mantaap

::I'm sure all the 5 star ratings will make you their customer, so I'll share you another one review! This store has an excellent service, and I'm just another happy & satisfied customer. Totally recommended and I hope you will get the same experience as I do. - - - I am a living, breathing and fully breed Jakarta citizen, and I couldn't trust any of the service store in Indonesia (before I met Opians). I usually go to Apple authorized store in Singapore which costs me A LOT. In Indonesia, the Apple authorized service center will take upto 3 months to get a sparepart shipped from SG. As a designer I couldn't wait that long! **deadlines are haunting us** I was all sceptic with the online reviews in many other shop and untill I finally saw Opians'. Without a second thought, I called the guy and asked for reparation. His response was real quick! Within 45mins I had Robi to pick-up my macbook. (YES you read it right, a pick-up and delivery service is available!) Best part is, he will send you pictures, explain what went wrong, and give you quotations before getting it fixed,. Just in few hours, everything was fixed and got it delivered back to my office. The owner was so nice that he even responded to all my queries via Whatsapp and gave me suggestions on how to take care of this precious MBP in the future. AND, their price is very reasonable in comparison to authrorized service center. What are you waiting for? Call them and get your computer fixed! OH! and i'm typing from my macbook pro haha Love, Hel
