  The doctors and the equipments are top notch. However, the parking space is a joke + the security guards should be given serious lessons. Very unhelpful.

  Bad service. Some of the nurses are joking/laughing in the emergency room (don’t know if that’s unethical or not). They also seem so annoyed with their jobs and just sound so lazy and not concerned. I actually gave 2 stars a few days ago but I’d like to add. My dad came in because he was having seizures and they gave him an IV. They told him it was fine and he was sent home. He then got attacked by more seizures. Bad service, bad quality, bad everything. The security is also extremely bad. I needed to get food as soon as possible, so I asked the person. They only had coffee bean in the hospital. When I asked him for other places, he simply “oh, diluar.” And he left. When I went out, it was a very very very far walk to the left to go to warung. Extremely bad everything with this hospital.

  They don't have a real specific schedule for each doctor (neurologist), so... have to make an appointment first. Especially if I want to visit the most senior doctor/professor: have to make an appointment to his secretary via Whatsapp. That's rather complicated, in my opinion.

  National Hospital with SLA 99%, My father in Law was have a brain surgery here with BPJS and only paid Rp.0, really appreciate also for all the Doctor, staff, nurses, security and back office. keep up the good work. Only concern about parking area, should be have a proper security systems and building
