  I love how they treated my (animal) babies. Very good, cohesive, energy going on in the clinic, this place (specifically the one in Kemang) is like my 2nd home whenever I had to bring my babies here. Very clean, very professional, and very, very, caring. Like, they really give a damn and care about the feelings of your animals, not just physical, but also emotional. A very hearty clinic. There are some minor cons but all understandable - they are also very transparent and honest, and very detailed in educating us about the sickness of our animals, so yes, I trust them with my animals. I appreciate that they can manage to deliver a proper, caring, service despite how busy their days can be in the clinic. I highly recommend Doc Osye for feline issues. Doc Siti Zaenab is also brilliant, super passionate.. And Doc Eva is also super attentive. I went to the one in BSD for visiting my baby who needed to undergo a surgery -- the place is brand new, just launched. Very sweet, thoughtful interior, very cozy.
