  the view is good,located near the supermarket n departement store.. the room is spacy and comfy, the service is excellent they made us feel comfortable enough to enjoy another night on this hotel..

  A five star hotel but the room cleanliness & tidiness is worse than three star hotels, maybe because it's an old building (the one near the parking lot). The receptionist said the new hotel will be open this May but I see other people recommend to get the room in the new one, I don't know why the receptionist said so. As you can see on the last picture, there is so much part of the room are not well-maintained. The advantage of the hotel is the strategic location.

  If you want to stay here, make sure that you're placed in the new building, or at least on the upper floor. Things that I don't (really) like: I got a room in semi-basement and it was somewhat creepy. The lightning is inadequate. The cabinet is dark (did not has lightning too) and lack of hangers. The fridge was leaked too, making it's not really useful. The bathroom is old-fashioned an its door could not be closed and locked properly. Yet I might be visiting this hotel again to get better room and view.

  Make sure you stay in the new building,since the old one is not well maintained in my opinion. It is located up the hill near the city centre. The location is strategic. The pool is wide enough, and there are a lot of trees in the hotel. It makes me comfortable. The food is good enough, with variety of food selection. In front of the hotel, there is a shopping centre. Walking around the hotel is quite exercising, since it is located up the hill.

  the room that I've stayed in is pretty large in terms of area. the bathroom area is pretty spacious and it has a bathtub which i prefer. the only downside to this hotel is that the building feels very old. some rejuvenation could be helpful in order to attract the younger and more hip customers.
