  Highly recommended hotel. Clean, modern and comfy beds. Great location as well (next to PIK mall)

  Services at reception is very slow, within about 3 hours I saw only 1 person in charge to serve, they need to train the staff to work more professional. One night before reservation made...try to call by phone until 7 times nobody pick up my phone...Also I don't like the grey wall of bath room...feel not comfortable with the wall... also the wastafel too big, occupied the space and no place to put my skin care and cosmetic stuff. Lucky the area is strategic, inside of Mall PIK Avenue.

  Hotel baru, view lumayan yg menghadap laut dan lapangan golf. Bisa ngeliat peswat yg mau. Pd landing. Kolam renang dan taman di lt 8 bagus

  Tempat nya masih baru, karpet nya masih empuk. Kamar cukup luas, kamar mandi enak. Untuk kolam renang tidak terlalu besar, di sore hari agak berangin, karena dekat ke laut. Breakfast di lt 8. Penyajian nya unik, rasa nya enak, namun untuk menu kurang banyak pilihannya.

  Excellent location near to airport with a nice mall and eating places all around it. Staff were super nice and rooms were comfy and contemporary. Would recommend to anyone who is travelling and to Jakarta and wants to avoid the jams in the city. Some complaints for me is that shampoo and showerfoam weren't replaced after my first night during daily housekeeping. Also my coffee cup which I prepared and finished wasnt washed and coffee/creamer/sugar packets all left on table. Was quite confused since they cleaned the bed and toilet.not a big deal. Still a 5 star rating from me.
