  Unpleasant crew. Just 1 security said "Hi" or greeting since we got here. Another crews just rude and unfriendly. Standard room soo tiny, the bathroom has some spot of dirt. The liftroom not fine, too fast to close. My wife almost clasp/impacted while get into. However, The breakfast quiet good. Interior of dining room is good.

  Good food, not very high priced, but the qualities are above average. Would recommend the pisang goreng.

  This hotel is standard hotel. The food is standard, the room is little bit small, smelly, bathroom is quite dirty and the air conditioning is not centralized. The swimming pool is good and the advantage is that this hotel is near to the sentul circuit. This hotel need renovation clearly.

  I paid for Junior Suite room, the most expensive one here. But what I got was far below my expectation. The hot water didn't work.. not even close to warm. It was said that I had to turn on the aircon to activated the smart hot water sensor which wasn't smart at all. Small tv (14") either in the bedroom or in the living room with very bad channels. A non topper bedding, but the pillow was ok. Sheet have some spots and some small debris that seems like their not paying so much attention in clean up the check out guests. Dimming bedroom. Bad view for the most expensive room you've paid. Small window either in the bedroom or living room. Limited power sockets (only find 3 sockets). Old design and crampy furniture. Crowded breakfast, but the food selection was ok. The worst was, they didn't give you discount for having meals in their restaurant eventhough you were staying at the hotel, unless you asked and insist. And those were what I got for paying over 1 million IDR! Truly not a worth! How ever, their swimming pool was ok. Their Sirloin steak was good. And some of their staff are polite, but the front office who seems never smile.

  Over price hotel! I booked a superior room on the 3rd story and here's my sincere review. The room smells like an old lodges that wasn't used for a really long time and also there's a funny stain on the bedcover. Not just that, there's a holes in the curtain like it was ripped or worn out because of the aging (base on my own inspection). On the corner in my bed room, there's a brownish stain that looks like a leaked stain or something. A little encouragement to the management, you should up your game, even budget hotels are more nicer than that. The staff was nice though
