::Want to purchase spare battery for LG G4 phone. The waiting ticket no 006. The monitor indicated 004. No customer was in the part sales counter, and the staff was making several phone calls. Because I had to go to say my friday prayer I left. Called the center number to inquire about availability and price but no one picked up the phone. Called 14010 call center the lady said that LG only sell parts Mon-Thu. The earliest she can inquire about the price and availability on Mon. Really lousy service for a world wide company. Or perhaps only in Indonesia.

::One of two LG repair workshops in Jakarta. Went twice here. The first visit, I had quite a long queue but in the second visit, I was the first customer (came around 9.30). Service can be considered quick and efficient.
