  at the beginning they told me that it will take about three weeks to get my laptop repaired. The broken part was the fan. The process of repairing a fan takes 5 minutes according to several YouTube tutorials. After postponing the estimated time of arrival of the new fan several times, it finally arrived after TEN WEEKS (instead of three weeks). It seems like it was repaired well directly after the fan arrived but the intransparent processes in the background were ridiculous. One day after 9 and a half weeks I received a call by a Lenovo employee who said that they found out that my screen is broken, not my fan. The next day I went to the office and they told me that my fan is broken (not the screen) and that the call was a confusion. There seems to be no communication within the company. At the end I waited 10 weeks until the new fan arrived. BAD SERVICE.
