::Positive: good service and they're very concern to every detail in the cleaning process. They also have a massage & barber room on the second floor (Patron Barber, google it). Plus, comfortable waiting room. Negative: I waited for about 1 1/2 hours (almost 2) for cleaning the exterior+interior P.s: It'll be worth to wait with massage experience at Patron Barber
