  This cluster is made by Jaya Garden Polis (subsidiary of PT Pembangunan Jaya, who built Bintaro city in early 90's). The location is very near with tangerang city and the airport of Soekarno Hatta. However, the environment like road is still in developing process. This place is good for investment in 15 years from now.
