  The hotel is comfy, good lighting and the customer service is good.

  The location is good and near with KFC (open 24 hours) and near with Medan Fair Plaza. There is a spa and karaoke at the hotel. The room is considered clean but it's a little bit noisy at night because it's at a red light area.

  Very old hotel. Hot water not functioning. All in entertainment included spa & ktv.

  It's old and not very clean inspite of excellent location
