  The hotel was cheap, that was the best part. It is in need of extensive maintenance which has been overlooked for years. Staff and food were good. It's a pity to see it under such poor management.

  When I checked in, the receptionist did not explain about the facilities and benefits I received during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was nice, only the bed sheets had small holes and the colors were rather dull, the towels were dull and smelled bad. I like the new concept of brightly colored cafe. When I eat at this place a lot of mosquitoes that bite my legs and also my friend. the waiter who keeps just saying that the mosquito is because there is a fan hole above, without doing anything to repel mosquitoes. I had to get out of here quickly because I could not stand the mosquito bites. I went down to the restaurant for breakfast around 6:10 am. the restaurant is still dark. I asked the receptionist who was on duty and took the initiative to call to the restaurant. he said "The restaurant should not be, just not ready anyway ..." I am not comfortable with the answer, without any apology as a hotel should be. When I checked out, the receptionist just said "It's pack ..." without giving any receipts and courtesy.

  Old hotel but well maintained. Foods average. Comfy. Great location. Staffs so friendly

  Old hotel but clean. Have a good ballroom for event with professional banquet staff. The food is not as good as I expected. When we have event, they serve fried rice, chicken, squid, vegetables, rujak buah (the only tasty food I've tried).
