  I don't really write reviews online but this one really irks me as this is not the first time they have been giving me problem for haircut. Bad service!!! Called to make an appointment with one of the local hairstylist and was asked to just walk-in. Once I get there, I was turned down because it's full as the hairstylist just accept two walk-ins for hair coloring. She refused to take her regular client because she wants to be off work within an hour. Honestly, I find it weird because she doesn't even do the hair coloring herself. Never ever agreed to walk in without an appointment. I've been loyal to this salon for 4 years and I will not come back, and will not recommend to friends & family. Better go to NOBU Salon at Citywalk Sudirman (reservation is a must), much better service. Friendly & professional. I was handled by Kazuki for hair coloring & hair cut.

  Maybe the result is good, but the service is very bad. I waited for almost 3 hours (they said i have to wait for only 2 persons), but the fact its more than 2 persons.
