  One of may favorite gudeg in Central Jakarta area. Taste is delicious, price is above average (but still reasonable) portion is small. I used to eat here during lunch hour when I was working nearby few years ago. Today it is located on basement floor of Cikini gold market, so parking is not a problem. Recomended if you were gudeg lover and wanna taste one of the legendary gudeg seller in Jakarta.

  Cuma suka buntil nya, gudegnya sih biasa, nothing spesial. Soalnya cari buntil talas di Jakarta susah hehehe, cuma sayang kuah buntil nya kurang medog. Overall boleh lah... Khusus buntilnya.

  This is an old school and food institution in Jakarta. Been around for decades, since 1960 to be exact, and I've been coming to this place since the old market back in the 1980s. Still consistently serves the wet type of gudeg, not too sweet which I like with various usual side dishes to choose from, from chicken to tempe.
