  Restorannya nyaman, bersih, sayang nya menu kurang banyak aja, pelayannya juga ramah”. Saudari Ayu dengan ramah melayani kami saat sarapan pagi di restoran. Yang paling d suka anak” pilihan kamar eksekutif langsung di depan poolside, jadi mereka bebassss berenang. Yang kurang dari kamar eksekutif, keset di luar ga ada. Jd lantai kamar basah kalau langsung dari kolam renang ke kamar mandi. Over all anak” happy, bisa mewarnai dan main playground.

  The staff were warm and friendly at the front desk, the bed and room was comfy and clean, the breakfast served had a variety of choices and were very delicious. The location was near a mall so it was easy to go out. The only flaw is that the keycard sensor on the door of my room kept on not working whenever I wanted to enter my room and had to go down to the front desk but when going up the elevator, it was working just fine and the hairdryer in the bathroom was spoiled so I could not use it. But overall, it was a great stay and experience! I would definitely come and stay here again next time. I recommend to stay at Grand Zuri if travelling to BSD City.

  Small hotel with great services. The room is nice and clean. The security also good. The wifi is great, you can access from lobby to your room. The surrounding area still green, you can breath fresh air in the morning. I'm very impressing with this hotel and become recommended hotel in this area.

  Totally good service when you arrived at hotel lobby to the room. Breakfast was awesome with many choice & variety of the foods. The best variety among others 4 star hotel. Need improvement with room keycard that sometimes working sometimes don't, the elevator with same keycard working just fine all the time. The swimming pool also need to clean more often.

  We enjoyed the stay. The hotel is located in a place where so many activities & foods around, but the hotel can maintain its quietness needed by guests to take a good rest. Everything was clean. Surely a nice experience.
