  Actually this hotel has good potential to be excellent hotel. They have complete facilities , but unfortunately the facilites are not maintained well. The towel and bed linen are dirty. The wall is dirty. The air conditioner are not cold. I had booked double bed but they gave me twin bed. I booked from airy but no label airy in my room. But plus points are they have large garden and pool.

  Nice hotel, nice view, good taste of food, friendly staf. Recomended for bussiness or family

  The hotel location is quiet remote, and some of the wall in the room are moist so there some moss in there maybe because it hasn't been used for awhile. Overall it is nice hotel

  Spacious room. Gigantic pool. Tasty b'fast. But they have small leaking issue. Overall, we are satisfied.

  Looks OK when we arrived, but the downsides were quickly revealed. Hotel management seemed to have very low standard of cleanliness and construction quality, as my pics show. This is my first time staying at a hotel where I DON'T feel like taking a shower! Roof above stairs connecting between floors leaked when it rained and the stairs themselves were oddly constructed (some steps were crooked), plus dirty. Coffee tasted bad and food were only partly edible. WI-FI too weak to reach our room while cellular signal wasn't good in the whole Sentul area. It was frustrating. I give two stars only to appreciate the staff and the fact that we went home intact. We went there because of work purpose, otherwise I wouldn't choose it for a vacation. Was glad to leave.
