  Horrible experience. - we saw one cockroach in the room immediately we entered; - paid for a garden view and got a window looking at the wall and small garden where people were showering; - ordered fresh strawberry juice, got a syrup with ice and they confirmed its "freshly squeezed"; - pillows are like a block of concrete, ended up using a folded towel; - my nail broke, asked this 5* hotel for a nail fail and they didn't have; - no lifts; - no carpets in the tooms, lobby or corridor; Looks like a student dorm; - bad smell through the all halls. Just a bad start of our vacation... Good part - they picked us up and dropped us off to the airport :)

  room is wide and good but several staff in here not polite and friendly..when I'm here and want to swim she asked me if i wear swimsuit and i said yes..but then she asked me again till twice.. i said i can't come here without wear swimsuit because i want to swimming why you bother me? then she didn't say sorry until i leave the room.. it's resort hotel but sadly the staff didn't train well..

  The facilities such as the pool and gym are quite good. The room was also clean and comfortable. Bring plenty of cash because if you run out after paying the deposit, you'll find that theres no ATM within the premises and will have to take a taxi or walk down the road. Was quite annoying because at the time the road was super congested with construction vehicles. If you have a very early flight, I would recommend staying at Ibis Styles instead because its a bit cheaper and the breakfast starts 3am

  Excellent place to stay. The facilities in this hotel was no joke! Totally worth the money, and the price they're offer was good. Menu in the restaurant taste so good.

  This is a great resort if you are looking for a spa retreat. It very the international airport, all updated and very professional. Had a little stress at the airport as I could not find my driver, would recommend that you call ahead of time to confirm where to meet driver for the shuttle to Hotel resort. There are four different types of restaurant in the resort. Pool and spa treatments ++++ very well. This is a very large resort. I came for rest and relaxation. I left feeling refreshed.
