  Saya atas nama Aris. C/i room tgl 18 Mei 2018, room 16 small. Sangat2 kecewa dengan pelayanan staff nya. Sya pertama mau ci room small di bilng full suruh nuggu kalau mau yg medium, sy ttp mau yg small dn ternyata masih bnyak yg kosng🤔😏. Ke 2 pertama di kasih di room 15 Tpi gk bs di gunakan ahirny di pindh di room 16, udah sound mati 1, baru 1 lagu main macet2 sy pnggil staf nya sudh di benerin, sumpah bete. 1 lgi ada staf gk sopan tiba2 masuk room dn mau ambil minuman yg sy beli dari luar cumn Kofi. Sy ci tdk di jlskn untuk tdk bs bwa minum dri luar, dn ini sy merasa sbgai tamu sudah bayar Tpi si lakukan sprti org2 pinggiran. Sy org hotel jadi sy tau cra melayani tamu yg baik tdk sprti ini. Sya sdh sering ci di diva Mabes tapi baru kali ini sya sangat2 kecewa dn tdk akan balik lagi. Ini sy akan posting ke group. Tqs

  Ga ngambil paket tahun baru, eh malah kenanya mahal jg, dipaksa beli makanan 200 rb lbh sama ruangan 200

  The karaoke is ok. Not fantastic, just ok. But the worst thing about this place is the service. The price list is misleading and there was no terms & conditions so you could be charged more if you don't ask beforehand, and the staffs seemed purposely disinform you and holding back information on the price for different hours. Also the staffs is impolite. When I paid, she wanted exact amount of money or she wouldn't give the change (she said the reason was they have no small change, which was ridiculous for a business place). And even when she did give the change, she threw the change on the plate. Not coming back here for sure.
