::having bad experience for the room. for the same price we had a better room quality to the nearest hotel from here. in room water sanitary is bad and Air conditioning. no sofas, the only positive thing is the food, parking and the breakfast.

::A hotel located within the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. The hotel has a fairly complete facilities from the pool, restaurant, spa, tour, room for weddings and more. There are some things that can still be improved such as hygiene in the bathroom age that there is water on the floor close to the urinal. But the others are good. The atmosphere in the pool with a lot of coconut trees around it is very good. Lots of seats available in the lobby.

::Poor service here. Checked in with my fiance and was told only twin bed was available. If i wanted a king bed I have to top up to get an upgrade that has a king bed. After asking them if they expect a couple to sleep separately they just kept quiet. We were faulted-They insisted that we didn't indicate we wanted a king bed in the comments. By the way their website doesn't have an option for you to choose twin/king. No service recovery but we were told we can pay if we want it. So we paid for the upgrade. There was a wow factor - WOW. Bathroom walls/floor were mouldy. Toilet bowl was stained too. Leaky tap. Safe that can't be used for the 2 nights that i stayed there. Called for assistance that never came. If you need ice.. it will take ages to be delivered too. Only up side waa the Breakfast wasn't too bad. Stay here only if you have alot of patience. Discovery hotel - many things for you to discover.

::I been there for 2 nights, beds not clean, we called to change and said morning will do!!! There was a blood on the blanket!!! But they come and gave us extra one... next day i saw the same blanket still there on my bed!! ... The safe box was not working, i called for fixing... NOT Fixed!. The bathroom water was yellowish color. No that much different verity food in the restaurant for breakfast.. Staff were really nice. Price were good but 5 stars too much. I will give 2-3 stars.
