::We got bad room with not working fridge inside. The breakfast is mediocre, lifts took forever, our room keys didn't work on the first try, and the facilities is not as huge as it looks like in web. However we have been upgraded to suite without any hassle. The staffs are nice, helpful, can speak english well, and it is located near shopping centre. It may have a hiccup, but the place is a great deal.
