  Very bad service quality with 2 experience on the same car Fortuner VRZ 2016 1. My driver already brought service book & warranty card including spare part, but being charges! Amazing with a lot of system & certification, but they didnt know my car have this warranty. 2. AirCon problem servised on 24 mar 2018, change some filter and 1 paid arrounf Rp 1.5jt, on April 16 2018, got problem same problem again during i am out of Jakarta, i bring to Auto2000 again, but they confirm to Auto2000 kelapa gading , they said the warranty just for 2weeks or 1000km only. Amazing Auto2000 services is so low, Nightmare for me , ruin my schedule and appointment On the strret Aicon services even better than auto2000 kelapa gading.

  Convenience waiting room with snacks and drinks. Good services and friendly staffs. They provide good lunch when your service hasn't finished by lunch time. The last time I went there, I got the discount from my insurance voucher, even the due date has already expired.

  Undoubtable service center for your Toyota. Good service, comfy waiting room, precise service and finish in time. You get what you pay, the service was worth the price.

  Friendly staff, clean and pleasant waiting area. They serve snacks and beverages for waiting customers. Also light lunch during lunch time

  This place offer comfortable ambience during waiting for your car serviced, it has many sofa and also has desk for you to work while waiting... it has free wifi, tea, coffee, and snack and also free lunch if you still waiting in lunch time... Overall this place is very satisfiying
