  Been here with my hubby n my little daughter in tropicana suit for 2 days n nights. Luxurious space, clean n comfort. The food need to be improved, though. Strategic hotel to Cihampelas Mall and factory outlets that I could walk around them.

  Currently staying at the hotel at the time of this writing. Came in around same time as other hotel guests. Upon arrival no assistance on our baggage. At the check in desk/reception counter. Staff extremely friendly towards Arab guests but to us treated us like we nothing. Helped the Arab customers luggage on trolley. No gestures of help towards me. The Arab customers walked off to their room comfortable without carrying their suitcases. They just turned to look away and made me carry my suitcase all the way up to my room. So far NOT impressed how they treat SOME of thier guests. Clearly you can see they have favourtism towards people from certain countries. I'm from the UK. This hotel seems only friendly to countries from the middle East. Rooms look reasonably nice no problems with the rooms.

  Despite almost 10 years old, the hotel is still kinda well maintain. Good location as it is within minutes walk to the CI Walk. And also within 15 min rides to the factory outlets. Only setback is that the master switch for the lights is not by the bedside. And once the master switch at the entrance is off, the bedside lightings cannot be switch on.

  One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Upon arrival, no towels in bathroom, lights not working in bathroom, no hot water, room smelled like mold, bed sunken in and floor board coming apart. The only good things about this dump is the location to Bragga street and the view should you get a high enough room.

  I ever went to this hotel at middle year of 2017. I didn't stay at the bedroom of the hotel, but i went to had a meeting in the hotel's restaurant, to breaking the fast with my Junior High School schoolmate. The food was great, tasty, and also delicious. The food served in accordance with the formal way of eating. It has a good scenery and to be honest the layout of the hotel are a great choice to take a photo with your relatives. Although we were eating in open space, i mean many people could see us, the feel of the restaurant feel private, and no body could disturb our party or ceremony. The servant were very fast, deft, understand what we need, but remain friendly and polite. If you are a tourist, this hotel is recommended for you.
