  5 stars for the amazing service! Went there for yum cha with my family, ordered so much food. Was pretty good except the fried taro (talas). It was mushy and salty, so we didn't finish it. The waitress approached us and asked why. Then we told her. Unexpectedly, she came back with a serve of pudding as an apology. Thumbs up. Not many other place care about their customer's satisfaction this much.

  Nice and comfy hotel room. Breakfast lots of choice foods. Dimsum excellent.

  I understand that this is one of the best hotels in Pontianak. The hotel offered everything that I needed for a short weekend holiday. The location is good. The staffs are friendly and helpful, speak good English. I like the breakfast buffet although the food is largely of Indonesian cuisine. I tried Chinese restaurant in the hotel and was happy with the food. Near the hotel there, just around a corner with very short walk, is also a popular seafood restaurant which can be a good dinner option. My room is okay although I did not like that it does not have window facing outside and the toilet is a bit dark. But overall I was happy staying at this hotel.
