  Menginap untuk 2 malam.. FO & HK staff sangat ramah, kamar luas & bersih. Pengalaman kurang menyenangkan pada saat di restoran. Hari pertama BF, sudah memesan meja untuk 11 org.. Kita ambil makan dan pada saat kembali ada orang lain yg menempati meja kita.. F&B staff mengira bahwa mereka dr keluarga saya dan saya info k hostess ( tidak ingat namanya, 2 wanita incharge pd saat itu) untuk mencarikan meja yang baru lalu dia berkata kita seharusnya tidak meninggalkan meja agar tidak diambil oleh orang lain.. Lalu apa fungsi "reserved tag" yg diletakan di meja?? Ini tidak pernah terjadi di hotel lainnya.. Hari kedua BF, Masih dengan hostess yang sama.. Saya infokan kembali add BF 1 dewasa & 1 anak dibwh 6 tahun dan saya member arciphelago. Dia minta saya untuk ttd tambahan tersebut & saya mengulangi ini sdh termasuk diskon? Staff blg untuk anak dibawah 6 tahun hanya diskon 50% dan tidak bisa dpt diskon lg dengan membership.. Knp di hari pertama bisa dpt diskon? Sangat berharap akan mendapatkan pengalaman yang sangat sangat menyenangkan di Aston Cirebon tapi ternyata tidak sesuai dengan yang saya harapkan.

  The hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. All staffs were very helpful and friendly. The food was great. Overall experience was exellent. We will most definitely stay here again. Thanks to all.

  Good location and exclusive. Very cozy. Spacious and clean room. Good services. Delicious food. Lot of playing ground for my kids. Inter-room noise need improvement somehow.

  Good Hotel with great facilities for children. The staff is friendly but in some aspect must be improved. When i got in to my room for the first time, i still found dirty plate from the previous guest in front the room. And the plate was still there until tomorrow afternoon. For the breakfast, the variety of the food is quite good but for the quality is average (nothing special). The quality of staff in the restaurant (breakfast area) is still need to improve especially when serving the guest with smile and their responsiveness when serving tea or coffee for the guest.

  The hotel was kids friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I booked for 5 superiors and they upgraded 2 of them to deluxe rooms. There were various delicious foods during breakfast. The staffs were friendly. However, the service during our dinner took a very long time. We had to wait for 1 hour to get our meal, even though there were not so many customers in the restaurant and the foods we ordered were simple foods (french fries and fried rice).
