  櫃檯服務爛 毛巾很髒要換新的也不行 不過清潔員就比較好溝通 因為工作住了4天 牙刷盥洗用具只有第一天有給

  Hotel ini cukup menarik karna tempatnya yg bersih juga asri ,parkiranya pun cukup luas tidak perlu turun ke basmant terlalu jauh ,hanya turun satu tingkat dan biaya parkir gratis

  Aston cengkareng hotel ini adalah hotel aston yg memiliki ballroom terbesar di antara hotel aston lain di jakarta, pelayanannya juga ramah n cepat, untuk kalian yg ingin melangsungkan resepsi wedding, hotel ini cocok karena ceilings nya tinggi, ruangannya luas dan parkirnya jg tersedia banyak karena bs parkir di lingkungan ruko dan biaya parkirnya pun free.

  I think its more than 10 times I went to this Hotel for a business meeting and conference. So far, the best about this Hotel is the staff, they are absolutely friendly and the willingness to assist us needs to be appreciated by their management. The location is strategic for guests from outside the city, its near the airport and they have scheduled shuttle to airport. However there are some points that I think can be upgraded. 1. The cleanliness of the restaurant for dinner, breakfast or lunch. The hotel need to post 1 stand by staff to tidy all the mess the guess may cause when they grab the food from the counter. 2. The hotel need to upgrade some of their furniture. There are few dents on the coach, table, or chairs I've found so far. To sum up, the hotel need to upgrade their facilities. Because, there are lots of new hotels with almost the same facilities.
