    Stayed 3 nights here last month. The location is great, at the heart of the city. The Front Office Staff lack of empathy -- assuming our stay for 3 nights had ROOM only in fact including breakfast and he assumed us to one night, so the keycard was set for one night. We had to go back and forth everyday to REACTIVATE the keycard. It's troublesome and it's really fatal as i lost my train tickets booking due to I had to line up to get the key reactivated! Not good at all. The room is quite spacious and nice even though it looks old. The towels are yellowish white that need to be replaced by new ones as they look yellowish ('putih mangkak' in bahasa). It disrupts hotel cleanliness. The furniture especially wardrobe is not good, made of cheap wood something like multiplex. The food at restaurant is average, nothing special except the biscuits. But i love the wafel and pancake. The Restaurant Staff are friendly and helpful as they helped me to get a "promised" sausage. How come this four-star hotel does not regularly serve basic thing such as sausage? It's a pity. Overall, this is not the kind of 4-star hotel service and its best thing is strategic location. The keycard experience was really bad and it should not happen in this 4star hotel. Recommendation for Management: 1.) Train the Front Office Staff on serving with empathy - especially how to maintain guest' self-esteem 2.) Replace all towels with new ones.

    I stayed here only for a night and I can describe this experience as delighted in three senses, client oriented, devotion for details, a wonderful hospitality, a truly dedicated profesional staff.

    Good location near from shopping mall. Many cullinary & coffee shops at braga street. The hotel is clean, has small swimming pool. Restaurant staff serve well. We have bad exprrience , When we drink coffee outside of hotel.. we booked train ticket for jakarta, but our BCA keycard in the room. We went to hotel soon because the time left only 15 minutes for online payment. Unfortunately the hotel’s keycard was not functioning ; all two keycards. So ... we had to go to front desk to ask the staff to swipe our two keycards to be functioning. It took quite sometime for the two ladies at front desk to swipe our cards ....and finally we lost our booked train tickets as time expired already . Oh no .... we had to do booking again and the bad thing was that we could not have adjacent seating arrangelent as we had booked before. This was totally a negligance from hotel front desk staff (Mr. A) who did the check in . We actually requested the two ladies to swipe our keycards until our checkout on Monday (today). But again .... yesterday the keycards could not be usws and we had to come to front desk again . Oh no ....! How lousy this hotel is!!!

    The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to a small shopping mall and convenience store, plus on a good street for coffee shops and food. However the hotel isn't as refined as the description might suggest and the bathrooms had a lot of mould on the walls. Food at breakfast has a wide range. The service was slightly lacking, for example no towels were available at the swimming pool. We had a three bedroom room, which was convenient for a family sharing with two bathrooms and a living/lounge area.

    My last visit on December 20-22. Nothing changed since 2017 haha. What's prime is the location. Breakfast menu is nice too..good variety. Local, western and oriental. Their service is actually fine. No negatives just I hope they refurnished their VERY outdated interior ...it's a major thing to do especially Lobby area
