  I stay 2 times here with my husband, and we stay for more than a week, so it must be very good (since my husband is kinda picky person) +location is very strategic! +access to the mall, which help us a lot on having supplies +kitchen is awesome! +for entire room, it is indeed very good +receptionist staffs are good -the aircon seems like sucking up the moisture, it made the skin dry -housekeeping staffs needs improvements, i found some staffs likes to clean the room recklessly, like the forgot to give the plastic bag for bin, or they didn't broom the floor (i could still find strands of hair on the floor)

  Great serviced apartments. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean. Facilities are complete. Breakfast has good variety and taste. Not really as good as 5-star hotels, but much better than the other serviced residences around. Staff is amazing; super friendly and helpful. Really feels like coming to your own home.

  The location is very strategic as it has a connection link to the mall from the hotel. The swimming pool is gorgeous. The room is spacious, and has kitchen, living room, dishwasher, and washing machine! Great hotel!

  Kesan pertama bermalam di sini rasanya nyaman banget. Fasilitas kamar, apartemen, dan pelayanannya juga baik. Waktu itu pernah lagi ada acara kantor di sana, terus pas tengah malem ada musibah gempa dari pandeglang yang getarannya sampai terasa ke Ascott. Kita semua sih langsung ngerasain itu dan langsung turun lewat tangga darurat, begitu sampai di bawah, ternyata petugas kemanan di situ belum tau kalau ternyata abis terasa gempa. Jadinya sempet jeda beberapa menit sampai akhirnya itu diumumkan ke seluruh pengunjung hotel. Kalau berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi sih, rasanya perlu ditingkatkan lagi antisipasi tanggap bencananya.

  Nice serviced apartment. Complete utensils good location.. direct access to mall. Big swimming pool ONLY poor breakfast.
