  We stayed at Aryaduta for 2 nights. The room was clean and quiet. There was some wear and tear in the furniture but otherwise all in good condition. The room had a good-sized table for working on a notebook PC. There was Ethernet port which provided a more stable connection than the WiFi. The bathroom was clean, spacious though the bath tub had a big black stain. The shower's water pressure was sufficient and its temperature was just right at its highest so there's little chance of getting burnt by hot water. A rain shower would have been a plus. The entrance is gated with security guards to check vehicles, as well as guards at the main entrance for body and bag checks. The staff were polite and professional. The gym was double-storey with weight machines in the lower floor and cardio machines on the higher floor. Unfortunately the air-conditioning were not working when we used the treadmill and elliptical machines, which detracted from our workout. The gym provided fresh towels and had water cooler. Overall a positive experience with potential for return stay.

  Our stay at Aryaduta Jakarta was pleasant. They have a beautiful pool as well a spa to truly get pampered. They also have excellent facilities for events and meetings . The central location made for easy access to shopping and other points of interest. The let downs are some of the rooms and common areas could use more detailed maintenance and care to maintain the upscale experience. Also junior staff members could use better training with better servicing the guests needs more promptly.

  Should be a good hotel with spacious space however it seems they do not maintain it. For hotel in this area and this price; there are other hotel that is better at system and facility. The tv is still small (20 inch), a lot of power source is dead. Some of The lift buttons are dead, breakfast is normal, no choices in shower water only 1 kind of warm temperature, and the receptionist do not want to be held responsible for customer request on rooms. For example u have to come on the day you are staying to check whether u get smoking room or not (i have to wait for 30 minutes at reception at 4.00 pm to check whether or not i get the requested room)

  The staffs are friendly. The room that I stayed is very spacious and could hold at least another two extra beds. Very clean except some part of the furniture and toilet accessories are quite worn out. One minor drawback of the room is, the room temperature is centralised which during the day, the room can be quite warm. The room comes with breakfast and they are not bad at all. All in all, the hotel is a good choice to stay if you wouldn't mind of spending extra money to get to places for food and shopping.

  The hotel is well located close to all the major attractions. The rooms were a little dated and overall the hotel is pretty old but elegant nonetheless. The breakfast buffet consisted of a wide variety of options and everything was pretty tasty. The only thing I would say about this hotel is that the staff seemed like they were under a lot of pressure, this resulted in a less than warm welcome and from all my travels I can say for certain that happy staff make the experience that much more memorable and enjoyable. I think the management will do well if they focused on their staff satisfaction levels and employee benefit packages as I am certain this will help lift spirits and provide the expected atmosphere for a hotel that boasts a 5 star rating.
